Episode 20 Laird Eastman Dies at the End

Theme: Poetic Pitbull Revolutions, by Diablo Swing Orchestra; used with permission.

Warning: gameplay recordings may and probably do include language and material offensive to some listeners. Ok, many listeners. Listener discretion is advised.

The Headlanders get down to brass tacks and make a play on Eastman. In typical Headlander fashion, however, things quickly go pear-shaped.

After months of walking down docks and drinking tea and seducing waitresses, the Headlanders finally bully up and plunge headlong into dealing with Eastman. Unfortunately, they find more than they bargained for in his sanctum sanctorum when they uncover a piece of Amity history kept secret by the Eastman family.

Who will live? Who will die?

Oh, who are we kidding? The Headlanders are too stupid to die.

In this episode I love cheesy bread.

Rae catches a mouse.

Tim pulls his best Mrs Dilber and tries to steal anything Old Joe might pay a copper for.

And Adam shocks the hell out of everyone at the table by recalling a name they were given several days prior in game time but several months prior in real time.

This adventure ends with an intriguing tidbit that may, or may not, lead into the next chapter of the Headlanders' adventures.
